Created in Action, expansive, sweeping movements of body, mind, spirit. Paints are chosen and applied, the surface is turned upside down, side to side, inside out, round and round. The paint moves, stirs, lives out its own life on the surface provided. Freedom within Structure, dancing, moving, struggling with gravity, elemental forces, its position in space, encountering the challenges of mixing with other mediums and its own chemical makeup, just as we interact in daily life with one another, with ourselves, with nature. Lives, pictures, scenes are created in this action of willful exertion, forces which are out of our control. Energy, movement, the collective unconscious, color, texture, all dancing together in space, mingling with the psyche, imagination and spirit to create ART and LIFE.
A kinetic dialogue takes place between material, nature, and will, to create pictures, scenes, hallucinations, abstractions, and other views of life.

With an eidetic eye and imagination you decipher the art, these pictures, merely messages created and left behind by the will of the artist and the life line of the paint. With this concept, the Eidetic Eye, Projection, the artist becomes the onlooker, and the artist/spectator studies the shapes and colors until the life story becomes clear. If we see it with our imagination, it is there, it is alive. It is with all of this in mind that I ask you to view this work. Open to the challenges and possibilities it presents in your mind, in your eidetic eye and imagination, looking and listening for any stirrings in your heart, in your spirit, in your soul.
